The service lets couples create one QR-based wedding media gallery per wedding.

Guests can upload photos and videos through the QR link without creating an account.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you live to use the service. The service is not intended for children under 13.

The event owner manages the Google account used to create and maintain the wedding gallery.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account or access credentials.

You are responsible for the photos, videos, text, and other content you upload or submit through the service.

You represent that you own the content or have the right to use it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

You grant Wedding Photos QR a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and deliver your content as needed to provide the service.

You must not use the service for content or conduct that violates these Terms or any applicable law.

We may review, remove, block, restrict, or disable access to any content or event if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the service or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access without notice if we believe a violation has occurred.

We own the service, including the site design, software, and branding, except for user content and third-party materials.

Paid purchases are processed through Paddle.

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for the checkout transaction and handles payment collection and tax handling where applicable.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and, where applicable, Paddle's buyer-side policies and mandatory consumer law.

If there is any conflict, mandatory local consumer rights remain in effect.

The service relies on third-party providers that each have their own terms and privacy notices.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedding Photos QR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or if we need to protect the service, users, or legal rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will try to notify you through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where the user lives.
